Mortal to ghoul = free potence and 1 free discipline of the Domitor

Ghoul to vampire = keep the free disciplines if ghouled at least 3 months, lose them if less than 3 months.
New vampire then gets 3 disciplines from clan.

Straight mortal to vampire= 3 disciplines, no other change.

No change in other stats because as a mortal they already got more freebies than a vampire.

Appropriate changes in merits and flaws to reflect new ghoul or vampiric state are possible and should be discussed with ST.
