<b><p>Character Types Allowed</b>

      <br>*Giovanni Family members (and sub families)
      <br>*Ghouls (ONLY if you have a PC dom)
      <br>*Plain mortals (mediums included)
      <br>*Low ranking Church concepts
      <br>*Generic Gypsies (street level fortune tellers, etc)

<b><p>Character Types NOT Allowed</b>

      <br>*FBI / CIA / KGB / Police / FEMA / Ect
      <br>*Hunters (earn this drive, motivation, and info thru RP)
      <br>*Real celebrities or high profile figures (No, you can not play Paris Hilton)
      <br>*Powerful politicians (the mayor, governor, or president)
      <br>*Mafia / Criminal Overlords / Arms & Gun dealers
      <br>*Any character under the age of 16 (Players under the legal age may not be involved or implied in any sexual fashion )
      <br>*High ranking Church / Inquisition
      <br>*Hedge Mages, and other similar types of characters

<b><p>Stats on Mortals</b>


    <br>*No starting mortal character may have any stat at 5
    <br>*No starting mortal character may have any supernatural lores
    <br>*No vampire paths of Enlightment
    <br>*Only GHOULS may have basic disciplines accord to the dom's clan
    <br>*No influences higher than 1 without detailed explanation
    <br>*No combat stat higher than 3 (firearms, brawl, etc)
    <br>*Stat ratings of 4 requires an explanation
    <br>*WP for character creation is restricted to 7 and below. Characters wishing to obtain a WP of 7 must have good reasoning in their background to justify it.
    <br> *Occult ratings of ANY level does NOT mean a character is truthfully aware of the existance of vampires, and other major game elements such as werewolves.
    <br>*Please, play your flaws up.

<b><p>Merits & Flaws on Mortals</b>
 <br>Merits & Flaws should be from the vampire system. Please do not submit mrotals with merits and flaws taken from systems such as Demon, Mage, and Werewolf. A bit of common sense should be applied to these merits and flaws, obviously a merit like  'Powerful Childe' would not be a suitable merit for a mortal.

<p><i><b>Mortals are NOT the main element of the game offered on PL. Mortals are subject to those vampire pcs and npcs around them. That being said, the mortal game is a secondary subgame of vampire: pcs will be subject to feeding, ghouling, death, and more. If you are uncomfortable with such themes in relation to your mortal, we do not think this game is ideal for you.</i></b>

<p><b>*Clone Characters*</b>
<br> We do have a rule against 'cloning'. That meaning, you are not welcome to play a character here, if you are playing the exact same character elsewhere. A person can change the character name, and tweak the concept to get around this. However the exact same character, on several sites is not okay by us.
